I had Medley install my new system about 2 years ago. Crew was great. And now of course I use them for the seasonal maintenance. Cody came on over to do the tune ups. He was very professional. Thorough. And just really easy to deal with. Would absolutely let him come back again for the maintenance calls.

Texas was such a great help! My dad lost heat during the freeze and Texas was so kind to try and help us troubleshoot over the phone till we realized it would take him coming out to diagnose the bigger issue. He came the very next morning and fixed it within a few minutes, even offering some extra advice. Love the responsiveness and professionalism!

Texas was extremely friendly and helpful. Professional to the max. He provided several options for us going forward and clearly explained what each entailed. Making the appointment was painless as well.
We have had a handful of HVAC companies come out and Medley is hands down the best and it isn't even close.

Great customer service! I called to schedule an appointment to have one of our air conditioning units that was running constantly and not cooling properly checked. The phone was promptly answered and process to schedule appointment very easy. A technician came out, diagnosed problem and it was either replace a part or purchase new unit. Another techician came to discuss options, determine size needed for new unit and provided costs for both options. Since our unit was about 12 years old we decided to purchase a new air conditioner and furnace. The next day install team arrived to do the install. After installing the team found a defective coil in new unit. Someone was dispatched to get a replacement. The install team waited until the replacement part was brought to our house, and completed the install of replacement coil and ensured all was working well. Medley was excellent about communicating when technicians were on the way. All technicians arrived on time. A nice touch was Medley texting a picture of the technicians who would be performing work. All were in shirts that clearly identified as Medley and trucks also. Will contact Medley for future needs.

Texas was willing to help us figure out our issue over the phone, after hours, on a Sunday. He was extremely helpful, patient, and nice. He was willing to walk us through how to get our air running so our baby and my pregnant wife didn’t have to go without air throughout the night and was willing to help as long as it took until the problem was resolved. Thankfully we didn’t have a big issue, but if we ever do we will be using Medley Heating & Air!

Cody was great and very thorough.  He explained the question and took detailed measurements for potential replacement of systems.

Went above beyond by helping get my recycle and trash cans to the road in the pouring rain!

Loved that Medley sent text with tech bio and picture as well.

Our furnace stopped working on a cold winter night. We have a 6-day old infant and my wife just went through an invasive surgery; it’s very bad for them to be in a cold environment. We called Medley first thing in the morning and upon learning about our situation, they came out right away and replaced the motor for us. We had heat in the house a few hours after our initial call. We are grateful Medley was able to prioritize us based on our situation! Business that has compassion for their customers deserve to win. We signed up for membership on the spot.

Best hvac company in the area.  Submitted an inquiry through their website at 11 pm on a Saturday in February (33 degrees outside) when we noticed our heater wouldn’t turn on due to the thermostat not having power.  They called me immediately and walked us through getting it fixed and solved our issue in 10 minutes over the phone.  Couldn’t be happier with their service.
