They were very nice and did everything possible to try and fix the furnace. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to find the parts, which in hindsight is ok...it was a very old furnace. They gave us lots of options and were never pushy. They were here the next day and we knew what we were doing by that evening. Two days later we had a new heat pump system that works amazing well. The installers were really nice, courteous, professional. All the things you would expect and want. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and absolutely recommend if you need this kind of service. They even provided heaters for us until our appointment.

I needed extremely short notice service done due to the gas company showing up to move my outside meter. Medcalf came out for a quote the day that I called and showed up the very next morning to move the lines inside the house for me. I was thoroughly pleased with their efficiency, courtesy, and politeness. They used drop cloths and shoe covers to protect my floors even though I told them it wasn't necessary. I would recommend them without hesitating!

Blake was very professional and courteous. He found the issue without problem - but that’s where my delight ends. 24 hours later they still haven’t submitted the claim to my warranty so I’m without heat and will be for at least over the weekend (low of 12) because they can’t even order the part until they get approval. He left my house before noon so it should have been submitted same day.
