  We just moved into our home within the last six months and have had numerous “kinks” to work out as we become familiarized with our systems. Mechanically Inclined has been AMAZING to work with…they answer calls promptly and send out techs quickly. Jim has even answered MANY questions I have had via text to help with problem diagnoses prior to (or in lieu of) visits. They have been great!!!

  This company is HORRIBLE to work with - They could not call me back for over a week because "their supervisor is busy." Therefore, we had no heat when it was below freezing for that long. Also, their inspection did not match up with other companies. They provided WRONG information and refused to send someone else to look. Not to mention the lady answering phones was a complete b****.

  My A/C went out and the thermostat said to call a technician. My home warranty Cinch set me up with Mechanically Inclined LLC and I'm glad they did. Joe was absolutely amazing at describing what had gone wrong with the fuse as well as how the different parts worked.
