  Excellent service from Adam and his crews. We got a whole HVAC system and water heater. They did the job quickly and meticulously. Highly recommend.

  Had a problem. They went out of their way to resolve it and they did. And that's what the reviews are all about. The most important thing is how they respond. When a business tries to make a Customer happy. That's the mark of a good business. There' a lot of Business's out there. But there are few who will actually work to try to make you happy. Like these Guys did.

  MSI installed a new water heater for our rental property in Galesburg. They were convenient and knowledgable. Will be using them for all our plumbing and HVAC needs!
