  As soon as I reached out to them and told them my furnace was out, they squeezed me in same day for an evaluation and estimate. I rushed home, met with them and reviewed options. They shared competitive pricing and we moved forward. They installed a temporary furnace to restore my heat and put me on schedule to return and finish up the add-ons and aesthetic work. I LOVE THEM!!!!!!! The day after the install was a cold cold day. There pricing was better than the competitors and they even applied for and used my rebates so I wouldn't have to wait several weeks for reimbursement. Excellent customer service from reception and scheduling to installation and follow-up and everything in between!

  My rooftop package unit died on my commercial building. They were prompt to come out and give me a quote. Once I accepted the quote the time required to install the unit was reasonable. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. Everything went according to plan and the unit works great.

  Josh, Justin, Charles, Jamie and the communication from their office made the installation of our new Combi Boiler system a very smooth project. They were all very courteous, respectful of our home and very efficient workers. The job and system turned out better than could have been imagined. Thank you to the team at Mechanical Heating & Cooling who went above and beyond what could have been expected!!
