  I had previously given a great review, but have since been extremely disappointed with MD Heat. They installed a new boiler $7000 end of December 2021. First issue. My parents are in their mid 80’s and like the temp at 78 degrees. Told would not heat that high. They tried turning the boiler temp up as high as it would go (180 degrees) didn’t really work. Boiler stopped heating totally. Came back one time to flip a switch then boiler stopped working again this time said they forgot to switch a different switch. Now not heating one of the zones. So in less than 1 month I have had to call them for problems 5 times. They said they needed to come back and replace a vent pipe because it could melt due to higher boiler temp. Been told coming a week ago never showed. Then with a emergency call Sunday was told they would be back Monday to replace. Wednesday now no pipe replaced. Had to call again because one zone is not heating. Before we had the new boiler installed the old boiler was able to heat to 78 degrees without a problem. Every time I call and talk to Ann in the office I get the third degree of questions like it’s my problem and she doesn’t seem to believe me. Today’s call to her, her comment was “just what is it you hope to have happen, what is it you want us to do? My answer; Well I don’t think it’s to much to ask to spend $7000 and have the furnace heat a 1800 sq ft home to 78 degrees. Also, it took 2 weeks before anyone could even come to give a estimate, then 5 weeks (told 3 to 4 weeks)before install which after 4 weeks I had to call and ask when? It’s like they forgot to put us on their install schedule I do not recommend them due to not fixing issues after many calls and not showing up when they said they would. If we could undo the whole purchase we would.

  Our heart went out sometime in the night MD HEAT was able to get us in that same day. Chad texted he was on his way and showed up promptly and identified himself at the door. He was pleasant and professional. He identified the problem and fixed our furnace in short order. We are very pleased with this company and would use them again for sure.

  The repairman (Thomas) was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very courteous and offered helpful suggestions for keeping our furnace running efficiently. He went above and beyond the minimum work required. The owner (Brenda) was very respectful and pleasant on the phone. She arranged the service calls in a timely manner and to meet our schedules. And the charges for the services were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
