  We just moved to Columbia and yesterday was our 1st day in our home. We we got here, the heat was not working so I called around to see if we could get someone to cone out on a Saturday. Within 1 hour, Jacob Nelson with McNeece came out and fixed the problem. Bur later in the evening it stopped working so I sent them a text. To my surprise. Not only did they call me back, but Jacob came back put close to 10pm because he didn't want us sleeping without heat. He fixed the problem and we were able sleep with heat in the house. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you so muchfor caring!

  Had my heat working again the day after I called. Another company quoted me $1000 to repair one of the parts necessary. He was able to do it for hundreds less, including the extra part necessary to get it working. Will be using again!

  Our central heat stopped working. I called your company. The lady was so nice. She said they could be here in about an hour. I got a call from them in less than an hour. Jacob was so nice. He checked it out and less than 30 minutes told me the trouble. The price was a lot more reasonable than I expected. He had it repaired in 30 minutes. We will be using them in the summer for our AC unit. Great company!
