  I highly recommend McLay services. After speaking with Nellie, she scheduled a time for my bathroom faucets to be installed. Chad arrived on time, even wearing a mask because of Covid. He installed them quickly, and cleaned up after himself. They are perfect. I have used McLay several times before, they never disappoint.

  Archie McLay does NOT honor his work!!! TERRIBLE-NOT TO CODE Found out the hard way when property was sold and inspected that AC ducting was NOT to code. Archie blamed ME for not getting a permit-I foolishly thought I was dealing with an honest man-WRONG. He refused to fix the problem. Cost me another $1000 to get it done right- DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! UPDATE- After reading my complaint, Tova McLay contacted me. She was very gracious and wanted to make things right. We spoke for a few minutes, she apologized for any miscommunications, and wrote a check for the repairs. I sincerely appreciate the effort made to correct the situation.
