  Called because I was having trouble with an old gas furnace. Bought a house where the furnace was disclosed as being older, but not all about the unit was disclosed. Robert the owner answered the phone right away and explained the systems and workings. He informed me that himself or Matt would be out to look at the system (WITHIN 24 hours!). After meeting Matt and him spending quite some time here explaining everything, I decided to just replace the entire system. The price was reasonable, not to mention their work was impeccable. The install went smoothly and now, 10 days later, I have a brand new system working great. They are local and respond in a very timely matter!. Love dealing with family owned businesses. Would highly recommend Robert, Matt, and Joshua from McKinneys Heating & AC !
