  He responded immediately. The outside fan motor needed to be replaced but there wasn't one available at the time so he let us use one he had on hand until it was available and that's going the extra mile for a costumer. He's the kind of person that will not even charge you if it's something quick and easy to fix. Very honest, affordable and we highly recommend him!

  Best A/C company in Perry! They actually know how to fix an A/C and troubleshoot one. Had advanced come out and just tell me to buy a new unit so they didn't have to work and then charge me a service fee for nothing. Advanced couldn't fix anything because they are just parts changers and don't know how A/C work. McGuire had it fixed and running in one day.
