  Technician was on time, friendly, easy to talk to, thoroughly checked every aspect of my AC/heating unit, and explained what he checked and whether or not it was in good working order. Made recommendations for better performance and protection of the unit.

  It has been a pleasure doing business with Mike & Blaine from McGilberry! They are customer oriented. They show up when they say they will. They are sharp technically. Besides doing our regular maintenance on our system, they came out and quickly solved a heating problem we didn't know we had. They are reasonably priced and are polite to engage. I highly recommend using them.

  McGilberry has come out twice in the last 3 months to our home. Both times they have been timely, informative, and cost effective. I will definitely be using them while I am here in Huntsville!
