  We inherited the McGee relationship when we purchased our home from the previous owners in 2006. We maintained the annual service plan for heating and A/C with total satisfaction in the way McGee manages preventive maintenance. In 2010 we hired McGee to replace the A/C and heat system using Trane equipment, again totally satisfied with McGee’s work. We have recommended McGee to others based on our experiences.

  Had a unit installed and guy never came back. Called Magee he shows up changes wires around, and says your good to go. When he left the breaker starts tripping everytime the unit comes on. Charged me $140 to change some wires around. Now have to call a different company to come actually fix it.

  Contacted last week, was told a specific person would call me back ASAP, called again today. Same specified person NA, left message. Called back shortly afterwards, let me know that they are not providing the service requested until after Jan. 2022.
