We had our kitchen faucet stop working over Labor Day weekend. McElroys was the only plumber to call us back. They worked with us over the phone to diagnose the issue and insure that we could leave on our trip and take care of the problem when we returned. They were professional and courteous and took care of the issue in a timely manner. We will be using them from now on.

These guys are amazing! I have used them for years at my business and home. I can always count on them to arrive on time and get the job done right. The workmanship is top notch. They have a great crew and very knowledgeable. Highly Recommend!!

Regretfully, I do not recommend McElroy's. I scheduled an appointment to have them work on my range, so I took the day off of work so I could be home. I waited and waited and they never showed up. Their office said they forgot about me and we rescheduled. Took another day off of work (again without pay) and luckily they showed up this time. The workers were nice and the repair they did seems fine, however once the bill came I was disappointment. The bill was $400 more than the cost they quoted me. More than anything, I was irritated that they get paid by the 1/4 hour and they spent 45 minutes sitting in my driveway after they were finished. I got charged for that. I also got charged for the time it took them to drive to my residence. Luckily I didn't get charged for the day they didn't show up, but it wouldn't have surprised me.
