  He scheduled to put a furnace in for us. It was freezing temperatures. He stung us along for a week and then said he was too busy so we are still without heat. He was very unprofessional and if he couldn't or didn't want the job he could of just said so. Its single digits and now we have to find someone else. Wouldn't recommend him because you can't depend on his word.

  Always been prompt with reasonable pricing. This last time they added two pounds of freon to my ac unit. That unfortunately didn't solve the problem because it has stopped working at all. System is twenty years old so I think I will have a new heating and air system installed soon.

  Jimmy was GREAT!! Very personable, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! I would definitely not hesitate to call McDonald Mechanical, LLC for any electrical or HVAC problems. It was a pleasure to meet him and get to know him.
