McDonald Heating & Air is owned and operated by husband and wife, Eric and Shawna McDonald. Not only are they the nicest people in the world to work with, they are very experienced and knowledgeable with many HVAC systems. And, they helped us obtain great financing when our Home Warranty company turned their back on us. In just a week after diagnosis, they sent two of their company installers, Kyle and Greg. They did a wonderful job installing our new York HVAC system. They were friendly, courteous young men who knew just what they were doing from the time they arrived. The installation took a little over 6 hours from beginning to end, and when they left, the mess was packed up, and everything was left neat and clean. We had been without heat for some chilly days and nights and it was like being in Heaven when Greg turned on the thermostat and warmth filled our home again! My husband and I highly recommend McDonald Heating & Air to everyone! They know their business very well, they get it done fast, they offer financing, and you get what you need to be happy again! Eric is very professional and thorough with explaining. He was determined to find the problem and fixed it immediately. The wiring ended up being done wrong from a previous company, and he corrected it while also explaining what was going on. I would recommend this company and definitely give them a call when future maintenance or replacements are needed.
