  This company was highly unprofessional. We went to Home Depot looking for a heating company and this is who they recommended. They came gave a diagnostic and it took them over 3 weeks to get us the estimate. After repeated calls to remind them to send the estimate they never did until it was the last minute. We spent weeks in the cold until we decided to go with a different provider (Michael and Sons). Now they are spam calling our household after it took them 3 weeks to get an estimate, we do not wish to work with McCrea not do we recommend them.

  Each phase of the service was great, from quotes/sales to scheduling and installation. The team was responsive, upfront, and personable. The install of our Trane system went smoothly and the crew was very efficient.

  Dennis Mcguckin was our technician and responded to our service call. He was not only professional and courteous but he is experienced and passionate about the service he provides. He thoroughly investigated the issue we had and took time to problem solve and completely resolved it. He also provided me additional information on how to adjust the airflow in our home. He represents the company well and I will invest in a maintenance plan because of his service.
