  I'm not one to lend much time to reviews, but after a recent experience, I feel I owe it to this company to give them the recognition they deserve. We have an elderly neighbor who does not have family in the vicinity. She called McCarty Mechanical Inc. because her air conditioner quit working. This occurred right during the recent heat wave. The technician carefully explained the next steps to her and gave her a written quote. She identified me as someone that they could speak with in order to further explain the process. We brought over a couple of high powered fans to keep her cool in the interim, but unbeknownst to us, the owner was in route with a window unit to help keep her comfortable until her unit was replaced. They specified that due to her age and living alone, she was a priority customer. When it was mentioned how accommodating they were, they spoke of her loyalty in using them over the years. When they could not reach her via phone or by knocking on her door, they wasted no time in contacting me with concern for her well-being. This type of appreciation for customers isn't seen every day and we were sure to let them know they have a future customer in us when the need arises.   I'm a new customer. Called at 11:30 for an appointment because our AC wasn't blowing cold air. I have asthma, and they were able to squeeze me in same day. They were actually here about an hour later. It was fixed and running within about 15 minutes. Very nice tech, very polite and informative. I recommend 100 percent.
