Great Service to use especially on this holiday season and coldest time of the year. The Technician Brent was one of a kind and super friendly. I will definitely use this service again in the future.
Though I think it’s a little expensive what can you do when you have little kids and no heat.

Christopher Anderson is a valuable asset to MCCARTHY. I met Mr. McCarthy many years ago and feel he would be pleased to see Chris professional friendly and knowledgeable representation of his company. I had questions about our system; Chris was pleased to educate on our system and explain photos as well as demonstrate access to the humidifier filter for my future reference. Thank you for taking great care of our system.

The technicians that came out were very professional and reliable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and also showed me, per my request, everything that was cleaned out of the vents and ducts. This is the 2nd time I’ve hired them to do this work and I will continue to do so because they do a great job.

Chris and his orientee did a great job! They didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need, the communication was excellent and our furnace was fixed the same day. We’ll definitely use them again!

Their service guy Chris Anderson came out to do my annual furnace check. He was prompt and professional. He explained where the humidifier filter went and how to change it. He was very personable and professional. Chris explained why he was doing what he was doing along the way answered any questions that I had. And the kicker is that I wasn't going to purchase any maintenance agreement but he changed my mind by explaining the benefits of it so kudos to him.

Quincy and Tony were fantastic. New furnace/AC install. This was prob the job from hell.  Apologize for the issues from the get go.  But both techs were very patient and understanding. Steps into basement etc. Highly recommend for any and all HVAC issues.

The two women I spoke to over the phone were very professional, upbeat and informative. I appreciate that so much- it helped make the whole experience a breeze.

Our technician was Andy. He was respectful, friendly, and also very professional, he is someone you feel comfortable letting into your home.

Would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
