I had Brandon out because my heat pump was running continuously. I was so afraid I would have to replace it. Brandon explained what had happened, repaired , it, and was on his way in about 30 minutes. Awesome, honest company. Can't recommend enough!

Brand new furnace was installed in my house about a month ago..after the 1st week the furnace stopped working . A guy came out to check it out and turned out this BRAND NEW furnace had a recall on it. A new part needed to be ordered . The part was ordered on Friday and we were told it would be in+installed Monday . For two days straight nobody at the store knew where the part was located , so come Wednesday we were told they had to take the part from a new furnace they had there.( cool) . Now here we are again 3 weeks later and our brand new furnace still isn't working properly. There’s no way I should get home from working 3rd shift and see my family bundled up in layers of clothing to stay warm. On top of my 2yr having a runny nose. Thank God it’s suppose to warm up outside or else we would be freezing all day or back staying at a family member’s house again smh

Very happy with my recent purchase of a furnace and air conditioning unit. Robert and Calvin who did the installation were very professional and did the little things like answer every question I had and  took the time to lay down tarps on carpet to avoid making a mess. Had a minor issue and Doug Jr came right out and quickly took care of it. Overall, highly satisfied and I would recommend.

They helped us replace our 30-40 year old furnace, made sure everything was safely secured when they installed a new one, and were kind and professional throughout the process. Thank you for all your hard work - our home is nice and warm with this first winter chill setting in :)

Very honest and friendly staff! Will use them again for sure!  I was quoted $1000 for a repair from a one hour franchise.  Stating they had to rip the furnace apart.  McArthur found what the actual issue was and was able to resolve the issue 10x cheaper!

We needed an inducer motor for our furnace as the old one had bad bearings.  McArthur and Sons ordered us the part and I went and picked it up today 11/28/2018.  Great service and a great price.  Put the part in and the furnace is working again!  I will definitely be using this company again.

Was woken up at 3 am by how cold it was in my house, 58 degrees.  I called the main office number and was greeted by an attentive woman who was very concerned and spoke to me in a very calm voice.  I explained my furnace was not working in minor detail and she reassured me that I called the right company.  I asked to schedule a technician to come out and look for the issue.  She advised me one would be over between 11 am and 1 pm the same day!!  Brandon showed up at 10 50 with a very inviting personality and a big smile.  The work van was lettered and very clean.  Brandon came in introduced himself and asked the right questions.  He listened to me explain the problems with the furnace and never spoke until I was done.  Brandon immediately went to work explaining everything as he found the problem.  He went above and beyond his work doing preventative maintenance and fixing wires he didn't like.  He found the problem fixed it and cleaned up after his work.  In and out in less than an hour and the furnace is pumping heat again.  I highly recommend this company to my friends and family, very professional and curtious.  Thank you for an immpecable job!!!  Very affordable too!! Truly impressive!!
