  Always have had positive experiences...and in the times it hasn't been positive, it's been corrected. It takes awhile to get them to your house for issues, but that's just a testament to the demand, drawn from the quality of work they provide. They've even helped me (at no charge) with issues when I was working on my furnace myself as well.

  I had been a client for years, and I ran out of oil TWO DAYS before the date I had scheduled with them to pay off the balance of my account ( $280). However, since I couldn't pay the balance off right then and there when I ran out of oil, they refused to deliver until I did so. So here I am, two days before I get my paycheck, and my oil company leaves me cold, and at the risk of bursting pipes. This is after being a good client and paying bills on time, and generally up-front! Just insulted I guess.

  I've been doing business with McKusick for a few years now . The kero deliveries are prompt and prices fair . No complaints at all . This past weekend I lost the ignitor on my Toyo monitor . They had a new one on the shelf , and at the same price as the top Google picks online. And Scott , at the Shell station downtown , is one of the fairest and most level headed mechanics I've ever dealt with in 30 + years of driving (and breaking things) all over this country.... . His work is solid and his knowledge vast. I would recommend him without a moment's hesitation. Just now got the monitor fired up again...thanks McKusick ( Not really seeing how someone could be upset with the company for not allowing credit when the past month's bill has yet to be paid. I know it sucks sometime , but . . . really ? And , of course they are there to make money ....Economics 101 , people )
