  This place has a small cardio area...bring your own music..has a pool and a decent selection of multiple exercise strengthening machines.....it doesn't have a gym though(basketball, etc).

  Personal experience was terrible. Facility was nice, but the way the place is run and handled caused me to cancel my membership. Maybe I wasn't upper class enough or something, not sure what their target customer base is.....

  I work at the Ymca and the pool is open its a clean place and everyone that works there is very nice and hopeful. Everyone that goes to workout and swim are the nicest people ever. I love the YMCA in Mayfield Graves County.
