They are a great, honest company. I called for service during a huge heat wave and they were completely upfront that they were booked for the next day or two but offered overtime service. They even told me they understand if I needed to call another company to see if they could come out quicker. Other companies strung me along waiting for someone who never showed. I explained my situation and they were able to fit me in the next day. The service technician was very knowledgeable and they had me up and running that day. This was my first experience using Maxwell, and I can tell you they will be the only company I use for any of my HVAC and refrigeration needs.

One star only because I have to....Just received unprofessional commercial service by technician. We are a restaurant chain having filters replaced in a sanitizing HVAC system, received no service appointment pre-call to agree upon available servicing time, since they just showed up at lunch time, when told he could not be in the kitchen area during operating hours for Food Safety concerns, he decided he would do what he wanted to do, after agreeing to allow the work in our unoccupied dining space, then lied about placing a phone call to business owner for approval to be in kitchen area. We did not select this business, they were contracted by our Vendor. Did not ask for our work invoice completed signature, just wrote COVID-19 on the sig line. We will not be allowing them into our building again.

I was referred to Maxwell Services by the manufacturer of my ice maker. I reached out to Maxwell to schedule service. I was given a date for service and when the date came they no showed me. I called to reschedule and they no showed me again. I called to get an understanding of why this keeps happening and spoke to Vince the service manager. Vince informed me that they are so busy with their 151 seven eleven chains that they could not get to me now for another month. When I asked why, if they are so busy did they schedule service with me, Vince got upset, asked where I was located because he'd like to visit me. Sounded like he wanted to fight me. Anyway, can't recommend them.
