  I've had Maxwell out a few times for normal maintenance and small issues. Recently had no heat and a tech came out late on a Friday. He explained the situation and offered to provide a temporary solution. Major furnace component was replaced on the following Monday morning and running good as new again. Thank you!

  Wonderful customer service. As a first time customer, they had a technician out to my house within four hours of my first phone call letting them know my furnace was going out. After getting me going for the time being and giving me my options going forward, they saved me so much money versus other area businesses. One "business" told me the parts were not able to be found and I'd have to get a new furnace! Not true. Maxwell was out at my house less than a week later to follow up with the new parts(first thing in the morning,too!), I have nothing but good things to say about Maxwell. My 19 year old Bryant runs like new again. Thanks guys (and gals!)

  Wouldn't recommend.the tech showed up,cleaned my blower motor and left. 15 mns later the barrings went out.2 days later I was told they ordered the part,after 3 weeks of hearing the same excuse from them ( with no heat in my house) I finally called the county and got help.i also had to replace 2 water lines under the house do to lack of heat...
