  People at store were very helpful and nice, after several trips back and forth the owner got me the part I needed, but when I realized the part was under warranty I returned to the store to get a replacement part under warranty but the owner gave me a story that apparently my A/C unit was not paid(FYI I bought the house brand new with the unit installed) and the company (Goodman) couldn't help him. Honestly I just think he didn't wanted to go through the trouble of getting the part.

  Don’t even bother, worst customer service! Just call and you will find out , I rather pay a lil more and be treated like a paying customer.!
