  I called in September and scheduled a site visit to quote ducting for our basement, out to October. We also had another company come the same week. Matelski’s said they were backed up awhile but could quote, we weren’t in a hurry and wanted to compare. The first company Ballard’s, got us a quote within the week. I called Matelski after 2-3 weeks when we didn’t get a quote. They said they were about a week out. Ok that’s fine. By December we still didn’t have a quote. We have the other company coming in a few days. Busy is one thing but non responsive is disappointing.

  First off let me say Merry Christmas and have a very Happy New Year! Second, I’m very sorry that we have let you down. Although we try to get all estimates out in time and give our customers multiple options in the area we sometimes drop the ball. As you know our community is short staffed in the service field. With the workload we have all had and the emergency calls that have come in I know there have been clients that we have let down. For that we truly are sorry. If you could please provide the service address I would like to see if a quote was ever sent to you. We use a dispatch system and sometimes the quotes we send go to junk mail folders and are missed. Again, thank you for the review and I apologize that we have disappointed you.

  I called because my furnace wasnt working. They were doing emergency repairs and would not be able to come out till the next day But thankfully the receptionist knew alot and walked me through a couple of options to help me and it worked. I have heat now, Thank you so very much

  When our hot water heater failed, Leah and Chad were so helpful. They diagnosed the issue and installed the new unit the same day at a great price. The quality of the repair, responsiveness, price point and awesome customer service will make Matelski our go-to for any plumbing and heating need moving forward. A+ operation.
