  Can I just give a shout out to Master Tech Heating & Air? Our new system wasn't working properly yesterday (Super Bowl Sunday). Not critical because it is our upstairs unit and we live downstairs. Turns out it was a fuse from the circuit shut off on the upstairs unit from the original installation. He replaced and got us back up and running in less than 15 minutes. He arrived in a mask and with shoe covers, did the work in the attic and moved the bed back and was gone. He was under warranty for his work, but this wasn't part of his work. He still did not charge us for the service call since I had told him it wasn't an emergency and to wait until today. Great service above and beyond!
