  We called them to fix an older stand up ice machine that was not dispensing or making ice. We asked him to come and inspect it and give us a quote for the repairs. He quoted us $495 for parts and labor, which I thought was insanely expensive. I then called another company for a quote & second opinion. They were able to fix it within 10 minutes and only charged us $65.00 for trading out a fuse. First impressions are very important, and this company unfortunately is dishonest and tried to take advantage. The only positive comment I have is that he did come that same day within a couple hours.

We had found a code on the freezer that was analysed and so we quoted for the parts and labor that would be needed to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the fuse was not found.
