  Their point system is trash I only missed two days out of four months and Im on my out the door had one more day to miss for a DUI classes and I knew once I missed that day I was going to get fired so I just went ahead and quit

  I ordered a part a week ago now and all I get for shipment answers are that it is out for delivery. they cannot provide me with a tracking number, nor will anyone return my emails or call request. They did however, charge my CC for the parts a week ago. Very poor customer service and now I am at risk of losing my customer due to the unreliable service and information. In addition, I was told that shipping a small box with a motor is over $85.00 standard ground, $360 overnight. Unbelievable!!

  Hands down, the worst over the phone customer service. Not only is parts ordering not very streamlined, but then you have to deal with poor attitudes when trying to order your parts. Call Mingledorffs and pay the up-charge. It will be more effective than calling here.
