Jason was very professional. He called after his last appointment like he said he would to see if I still needed service. He arrived promptly, even after a long day, and repaired my furnace. Thanks to him, we are warm again.

Awesome company.  Very professional.  I woke up without heat had someone at my house at 11:30ish after I called at 10:30.  Doug assessed the situation and explained what was going on. He even told me a little bit about my furnace system. I had an I issue with a part.  He replaced it and took care of all my concerns.  Thank you for taking care of my issues!

The technician was very professional and honest. I had an inspection and he stated that my furnace was in good condition and did not need any work. Would use them again for sure! Prices seem great too compared to others

I've been a customer of Martin-Jetco for 21 years.  After a house fire they were chosen to replace my Heating and Cooling Systems.  Over the years, their quality work was matched by the various heroes of the company (Hunter, Gregory, Doug, to name a few).  On the customer feedback  reply the Applicable Service was not listed because my issue was with a gas fireplace a repair service that is not necessarily performed  by Martin-Jetco.  However, Debbie the Service Department latest HERO said she would check who they might recommend to repair my fireplace.  In the interim, I had called three (3) Fireplace Repair Companies.  Two never returned my call and the third company said they could put me on a schedule in 30 days.  Debbie called me and asked if I have resolved my issue and when I said no, she offered to send one of her technicians, who might be able to help.  Problem Resolved.  Thanks, Debbie!

I am absolutely impressed by the Customer Service and work ethic of the Service Technicians. They arrive as soon as possible, (Usually earlier than expected) and are very helpful and informative in explaining the situation. God Bless them all for the wisdom and knowledge they have. They are affordable for the average budget of the consumer.

So far, so good. First time using them, but the gentleman who answered my call this morning was very friendly and helpful, the technician that came out was friendly, helpful, informative and I received same day service, as they apparently had an opening, so that was a bonus. Purchased a home comfort agreement with them so will be using them in the future.

Always a great experience when we have heating and Air conditioning problems. Having been using this company since we moved out here in the late 90’s. Friendly and knowledgeable techs. Will continue to use this company as long as they are still in business.

I had Martin-Jetco out to install a whole house humidifier for us. They did an incredible job, were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be calling them for our HVAC needs in the future.
