  Had an issue on a Saturday evening where my compressor on a fairly new A/C unit was not operating. Called Martin Air who did the original install and Eric answered my call on a Saturday evening and was out on Sunday morning to diagnose. Indicated it was a fried circuit board and would call me Monday if he was able to get his hands on one. First thing Monday Eric and one of his men showed up and changed the circuit board and a blown fuse and got me up and running. The cause was a Getco in the circuit board. Excellent service and a pleasure to work with. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for, do yourself a favor and put your trust in this company.

  South West Florida is lucky to have a company like Martin air. Very professional, very courteous and on time. I have had the opportunity to meet the owner (Eric Martin) on a very late night service call. Was impressed with the work and the owner. So when I had another problem with the unit I immediately called them for their input. And after a long discussion with Sean Weekes there GM and service guy decided to replace the ac unit and air handler. Sean was GREAT. He explained all the options available to me. After installed Sean was back the next day and did the final setup made sure everything was right. Even cleaned my vent covers in the house. Very impressed with there work. I would highly recommend them for your air-conditioning needs.

  Our AC was making a noise while we were out of town. A neighbor called me and asked if he should call his AC guy . He made an appointment for Wednesday because that was the day I was returning home. I came home a day early to a hot house so we called Martin Air to see if we could get it looked at that day. They rearranged their service schedule and had a tech at my door in a couple of hours. The tech went over what was going on with me and the cost to repair. I elected to replace the whole system and they had it going in at 9 am the next morning. Service doesn’t get any better than that. I called a longtime friend in Atlanta that’s in the hvac business and went over with him what I was buying and the cost. He verified that I was getting good equipment at a good price. Thanks Martin Air for great service at a fair price.
