  Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning communicated by text and email when they were coming. They gave a courtesy call when they were on their way. They updated my warranty. The technicians were courteous, always covered their shoes with booties when entering the home. They are very good at educating the homeowner about the most efficient ways to use their heating/cooling systems. I give them 5 stars!

  We replaced our old unit with a new one from Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning. The specialists were pleasing, courteous, and did a great job. there were a couple very minor issues I mentioned during a follow-up call and Scottsdale Air sent someone out at the earliest convenience to address the issues and make it right. I would recommend this business to you all.

  Honest, reliable and great service. I would highly recommend Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning for any HVAC repair or furnace repair (they have actually repaired both my A/C and Furnace). Really nice guys. Even went an extra step to make sure I was okay with the gas. 5-Stars!! Thank you guys!
