  I seems like people are happy with this business but my interaction with the receptionist was enough of an interaction for me to not book an appointment. A little bit of phone etiquette is in order.

  Our landlord used this service for a clogged drain of ours. He was quick and efficient. Just forgot to close screen door upon re-entering after grabbing some tools.
