  Marlborough Heating&AC was recommended to us by a friend when our 17 year old furnace stopped working Wednesday 1/12/22. Our regular HVAC company told us in November during our yearly service that it should be replaced and never got back to us with a quote. When we experienced a noxious smell on 1/6/22 our HVAC contractor sent out a tech and got our furnace started again and said he would again put in a request for a new furnace. The smell returned and the furnace shut down again Wednesday morning 1/12/22 and our HVAC company still had not gotten back to us. With this weekends expected deep freeze and no heat our friend recommended Marlborough Heating. We called them at 7am and they came right out that morning within a few hours. After an inspection, we were told that is was not worth repairing a 17 year old gas furnace. He was able to locate a top of the line furnace which would be just right for the size of our house. He was able to install the new system this morning ( would have come yesterday, but already had a new install scheduled and they were also without heat and we called him last minute). He promised we would have our new system up a running by mid day today before the deep freeze arrived over night. He and his partner were very knowledgeable, efficient and and customer friendly ( especially to someone who called last minute). Highly recommend this company who puts a customers emergency needs first.

  I had them come out to give me a quote on an air conditioner repair and a boiler repair. Never heard back never heard back nor did I ever get a quote. Bad for business.
