  I called this summer with a broken AC, while everyone was swamped with calls. Instead of charging hundreds to come out a week later like others gladly offered to do, he explained what was wrong, how to fix it, and had the part ready when I came to pick it up. The part was a little higher priced than what I could've bought elsewhere, but it was money I was happy to pay to an honest man!!!! That part, a screwdriver, and less than 5 minutes worth of work had me up and running. I can't recommend this business enough. If there were 6 stars, he'd get them!!

  I had some work done by another company and felt that I had been taken advantage of. I had never used Mark’s company before, but had heard good things about them. I called Mark and ask for some advice. He was very considerate and listened to my concerns about the other company. In the meantime I remembered I needed to have my water heater drained and had a price from another company which he said he would match. While he was at my house he inspected the work the other company did on my furnace and verified that I had been overcharged. After I did some research and contacted the other company, they refunded half of the original price. I will never use that company again but will make certain when I need HVAC work done again, I will contact Mark’s. I found him to be very honest, hardworking and genuinely interested in doing a great work. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did, and his integrity. I highly recommend his services.

  My furnace unit failed and Mark came, evaluated and had it replaced in 24 hours. Great service, very professional and very reasonable.
