  Update #2: I was just told by Efficiency Maine that I am no longer eligible for a rebate because Maritime Energy failed to get everything submitted within the required timeframe. Update: despite being personally assured by a manager who called me within hours of this review I STILL do not have a rebate check another month and a half later. I am beyond frustrated with this company. We had a heat pump installed last April and I still have not received my rebate because of their administrative issues. They told us they would submit all the paperwork and we would receive a check back. In August I finally received an email back from them and here it is November and I still cannot get a response from Maritime on the status of the paperwork. Once they were paid they have no interest in assisting me. Customer service should extend beyond install especially when I am also a propane and oil customer. I really do not recommend working with this company.

  Hello Kristina, We have not received any notices from Efficiency Maine (rebate provider) regarding missing paperwork for your rebate claim. Please contact our Service Manager, Ty Page at 207-589-4460 so that we can work with you to resolve this matter. At Maritime Energy, we take our customer service seriously -- before, during, and after the sale. We look forward to hearing from you and getting this resolved.   After trying to contact numerous plumbers near my location only to get a machine, Maritime Energy was the only place that I reached directly. They were very understanding, professional, and able to send someone out that same day! I highly recommend their services.

  Just not the same service we have always got . I have bought my oil and propane here for the last 4 years? Not sure when it changed or why but I guess it's time to go outside my local area. Kinda stinks but I guess it is what it is.
