Extremely dissatisfied! We trusted this company to fix our 3 ton system that failed last year. After much discussion we were "convinced" that buying a older fr22 (Freon) unit would be more lucrative than spending a bit more to get a newer more efficient model. The unit we bought worked for 12 months and then stopped. We contacted Mariposa Heating and cooling on a Sunday and did not hear from them until Friday. When they showed up they were unable to fix the under warranty unit. They said they would come back next week to fix the unit. We are now 5 weeks since we were originally contacted them without a return call or follow up. The unit is under warranty but we cannot return it was purchased by them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
