I would have to give them a 1 Star. At first the tech came out on time. Looked at my fridge, gave me a diagnostic and a quote for fixing the issue. They said the part is not on stock Ithey would order it and call me on Monday. Tuesday comes and goes no word so I called and left message with answering service agency. Called again two days later still nothing. Waited for the following week called on The following Monday and waited for a call back, nothing. Called on the following Wednesday they said they would call on Monday to schedule a repair. I said I will be out of town I’ll call to schedule an appointment when I get back. Week later I scheduled an appointment for Thursday 1000-1400. Tech calls later 1435 saying his compressor pump failed and wants to reschedule for Friday between 1000-1400. I sent him a message and said I was your Friday appointment from 1000-1400. He asked me what is your information I gave him my information and toll him not to come. I’ll find someone else. Not very reliable if you ask me.

I have a booked short term rental with a 6 hour window to fix a cooktop. Called this company a week in advance to schedule an appointment. They told me I had to prepay for the visit, which I did. They day of the appointment I called early to confirm, twice they told me they would call me back, never did. Finally, I called 30 minutes prior to meeting repairman and was told they never had a technician available and they had to cancel. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company!

Do not use. Set up a repair on our washing machine yesterday, repairman (?) did come out, said repair was made and left after collecting all fees. My wife started the first load of laundry within 30 minutes after repair was made and machine shuts down showing error codes. I called the guy that came out, said he couldn’t come back until Monday. I called the office and demanded someone come out and complete the repair. First they said ok, then said no one available until Monday, and probably needed parts and an additional 280 bucks. I’ve found 4 screws that were taken out of the washer cover not put back in. Agreed to give a partial refund of repair charge, but I’m out75 bucks and wasted time. I do not recommend this company (?) to anyone and I do not believe any of the other reviews are legit.
