Stay away from this place. They will sell you a line of we we always be there to help, but when help is needed you basically have to track them down. Return your calls, they don't seem to know what that means. Scott Marconi, the owner, told me and my wife parts and labor are covered for faulty components, now I have a second faulty cooling coil and they have backed out on that pledge. If you cannot trust a company owner to stand by his statements while sitting with you in your home then the only thing I can say is "Beware doing business with Marconi Heating and Cooling." Maybe small claims court is my next stop.
