  Very unprofessional! Supplied equipment for install and will not return calls for service requests and the voicemail mailbox is full. Current system is not functional so I am left with paying out of pocket for bad equipment.

  New owners are rude and I would never recommend them to anyone. I loved them with the old owner and they installed a new unit in my home 5 years ago. New owner Les refuse to help me with an issue I am having even though I offered to pay
