  I only leave reviews when I've had either a great experience or a horrible one. I have to say that this was a great experience. We have an older unit that had a bad valve and a coil that would eventually need to be replaced in the near future. Keith came out the next day and gave us a couple different options on getting our house to finally cool. One was a cheaper route, and the other was more expensive providing a longer term fix. He left the decision up to me. I wanted things to be fixed so he had to order the parts. The entire time he checked in to let me know the status, and as soon as it arrived, he messaged me to schedule a good time to install. He always let me know when he was on his way so we were ready for his arrival. I'm always trying to learn new things, so I tried not to get in his way, but he made sure to explain everything and what he was doing without me acting like I was micromanaging! I would highly recommend him for anyone needing their A/C serviced in the near future.

  Absolutely 100 very professional reasonable and straight A work he installed my unit ran my duck work even put in my thermostat I didn't even have to clean up after him. Wow! Then gave me a curiosity call a week later hands down the best in my opinion. He also updated my mother's unit. You want good and affordable. This is it!

  I can not thank these guys enough!!! They are the best!!! My center unit went out and I called Manuel Heating and Cooling... Keith came out the same day to see what my ac was doing. He explained everything that he had seen as issues and gave me my options. I needed a new complete unit. I was back up and running with a complete new system the next day!!!! I could not be more pleased. If you are looking for honest, hardworking professionals then you have found them!!! Would recommend them anyone!!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Thanks Keith & Charles!!!
