Changed one part on September 3rd and told me to wait for 3 hours before it started to cool, the AC never worked. He wouldn't answer his phone and we had to call AHS again on the 4th to resend the technician. He scheduled us for the 8th and canceled on the 6th. AHS you all need to stop using cheap and under rated and unprofessional companies like mann ac and heating to clients to save money. We pay on time for services and this is totally un ethical. Please reach out to me as I intend to file suit against AHS and Mann AC & heating. I am also going to report to the BBB and state/County to take action.

Definitely the worst experience I have had with an AC repair technician. He was sent to us by American Home Shield (AHS) home warranty to unclog a drain line. He started by complaining about the Xmas decorations we store in our Attic. I offered to move them, but he rudely tells me he can’t wait while I move them. Then he finally gets to the AC unit and comes down with a minute or two. Tells me he is not going to fix it, but will send “his report to AHS”; claiming the clog must have occurred before I purchased my home warranty (I purchased my home warranty over a month earlier. How does he know when I purchased my warranty?). So after paying a $125 deductible, he comes to my house to tell me I have a clogged drain line (which I already included in the service request) and can’t even be bothered to fix the problem?? This company is a scam. Do not let them near your home or AC unit.

Wish I could submit with no stars!!! This company is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Charles Mann (technician) came to my home two months ago to flush AC drainage pan in the attic. Note he did not touch the ac drain and recommend I contact a plumber within two minutes of his visit. So, I contacted a plumber and he stated the clog was not related to his end. Therefore, Charles had to come out again and provided minimal service. Today, Charles was scheduled again because my ac unit stopped working. Note he walked in my backyard, snapped a couple of pictures, told me the unit was old, would unlike find the parts to repair and reported to American Home Shield that debris caused damage to my ac unit. Now AHS will not cover repair cost. DO NOT ALLOW AHS warranty to sent the so called AC repair technician to your residence.
