Henry is a superstar! When the first method didn't work to clear our clogged drain, he had a second, and when that one didn't work initially, he figured out a way to get it to work. We're very pleased.

This company came recommended from our realtor. They did some work. Not the best quality of work since on the kitchenet they removed some trim and didn't not replace it and the caulking was messy. On the barn doors, they where not even and one door would always slide to one side, but nothing I couldn't live with. They always gave me a quote of what it would cost so I didn't mind that they workers would come and go as they wanted since it was a flat fee. On the last job the gentleman took off for a few hours and did not say anything. Again not paying per hour so no big deal. This time my house flooded. They placed the cabinets on the carpet. So when serve pro came to take the carpet out we needed the cabinets taken out. I called and asked them if they could do this. The gentleman on the phone said he would try to get someone to come out and do it. He also said he would call me. No mention of cost for this work. Never heard a thing till my husband texted me and said they showed up. I am an ER nurse I can not have my phone with me all the time. He thought I had agreed to and told them to go ahead. On the text I was told a per hour price not a per job price. The only time I ever heard of a per hour rate is once when we and showing me how they estimated the jobs. At that time it stated 85 dollars. So when I was able to read my text and saw that it was not only a per hour job, but a higher rate then I expected, I called them. They where rude and condescending. I explained to them I am only trying to understand why this is different from the last time and since I need to clear things with my insurance, I would like to be able to tell them what the cost was for. They became rude with me and stated that my husband approved it. And since I wasn't happy about it that I must wear the pants in the family. One of the most SEXIST things I have heard in a long time. I am sorry that the fact that I am a female and had the audacity to question them placed them on the defensive. Was I the most polite and easy to talk to person. Probably not, my house flooded, Iam at work dealing with contractors and insurance, and I work 14 hour days and maybe getting 4 hours of sleep since my family who sleeps in the basement is now having to double bunk upstairs. However it did in no way called for them to get defensive and insulting to a customer who is only asking them to explain the price and the difference from the way they have done biss in the past.

These folks are totally unprofessional. Installed a new unit for me 6 months ago. Sold me a unit that was too big for my house. The duct work won't work with this size unit and is causing all kinds of issues. They are unresponsive and when they do say they will come out, don't show up. They are cheap but it is going to cost me more in the end for another company to come fix their mistakes. ......................................................................................In response to the reply below which was posted a year later. I didn't go through the employee. I went through the company. I still have the proposal on company letterhead. If the employee didn't go through the company, it was without my knowledge or consent. I called Maintenance Tech and they sent out there representative. What happened after that, I can't speak too

This job was NOT DONE BY MTS but by an employee of MTS outside of work. Mr Nemeth thought he could save money by hiring my tech after hours under the table. HE DID NOT GO THROUGH THE COMPANY. I would also like to say the tech was fired once the company learned about this.
