Amazing service! We had an issue with our A/C not providing our home heat & these winter nights are no joke! The following morning, I called Mainstream heating & cooling and within an hour they sent out two technicians - who were both friendly, honest & personable (I unfortunately didn’t catch their names so they can receive their credit). Turned out it was just a small issue & was fixed in no more than 15 minutes! We only had to pay the service fee which was such a blessing! Thank you gentlemen again! Such a great experience! If you want professionals call them!

Double-check their work. Left my attic a mess. Insulation and trash thrown everywhere. Screws were left out... Not sure where they came from, but they definitely were apart of my unit before they came. Cigarette butts left behind for my dog to eat. Stayed out front of the house conveniently until 3pm

I wish I had a good excuse for what happened, unfortunately, it appears that we just blew it. Technician was very helpful.Called them because our unit wasn't holding indoor temperature. They let us know that the unit was older than what we were told by former homeowners.And it would need more replacement parts in the future, because of the age of the unit.So we decided to have the unit replaced.Great communication with the tech and company. Can't wait to get our unit installed.
