  We were pleased and appreciative of the service we received from Magzimo Comfort. The furnace for the 1st floor expired suddenly during a period of cold weather. We had received two quotes for the replacement when an acquaintance suggested we contact Juan at Magzimo Comfort. His quote was much more cost effective, he arrived 2 hours later, and a few hours after that, we had heat! He was very careful with the work and lined the path from the front door to the furnace in the basement with drop cloths. Afterward, he made sure I was familiar with the unit, the warranty and the documentation. He also showed me the heat exchanger from the old unit. I knew it had died, but impressive to see how bad the condition was. I highly recommend Juan and Magimo Comfort the next time you need service or replacement of any part of your HVAC system.
