  Great experience from beginning to end. I wanted to thank magnolia heating and cooling for the repeat follow ups and I do love the quick text for reminders. I am glad I signed up for their annual check up plan. My tech today was Casey and I really appreciate him taking the time and specifying all the issues on our ac unit. I thought it was only a service call but ended up a repair for starters. He also had the parts ready. He also took the time to clean and check for other service and repair. I wanted to say thank you! Thank you!

  Really can't say enough great things about this company and the exceptional service they provided. Magnolia Heating and Air replaced our outdated and inefficient old system with the right equipment for our house, and at a very competitive price. Best of all, Hugo and Miguel took great care to make sure our home was clean and livable throughout the entire process. They started on schedule, and they finished on time and on budget. Great experience from beginning to end!

  I highly recommend them. They are amazing. Anthony was not going to give up until he solved our problem. With this strange February heatwave we are having they found a way to get him to us the same day I called. He took the problem personally and made sure our system was fully functional before he left. He also took time to show us how to work our new thermostat. The safety precautions they take during this time of COVID-19 is reassuring. Cloth booties to cover their shoes and the absolute respect and kindness is unmatched. They are our heating and air conditioning company for good. I cannot say enough good things about them!
