This is a solid, good hvac co. We had them do a repair at a property that a previous local hcav guy has been working on the past few years and has been telling us the unit has been leaking refrigerant. Madison Mechanical went out and determined that the furnace filter had not been changed in a very long time (rental property). When the other guy has been charging $300 every other season to re-charge the system and to find out it's a dirty filter and the system is holding pressure beautifully. I'm sure not all property owners are going to get that lucky, but it is good to know we have a good Hvac co to call when we need anything repaired or routine maintenance. Knowledgeable, and honest company.
