  I use Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning for HVAC work on multiple residential properties. I receive a text before the tech arrives with his photo and introducing him to me. He arrives on time and operates in a professional manner. Any necessary work is explained to me before proceeding. As my annual inspection is completed, I receive a report on my system and it's health. I recommend them and I appreciated my latest technician, Ethan .

  Ethan Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning and his team have been great since day one! He was very helpful when we were shopping for a new heat pump, and since installation he has been fantastic. I've had a service contract since installation and have seen Ethan and his colleagues every six months for my tune-ups. I highly recommend them!

  I recently had to have my A/C replaced and contacted Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning. They were able to schedule me first thing in the morning and able to install my unit on the same day. The technician who assisted me was very professional and experienced. He explained the issues and gave me various options on what they could do. I am very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend them..
