  I called Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning to have my central air unit serviced and within the same day, the tech was here. Took a quick look told me what needed to be done and how long it would take and within the same week was able to service my unit. Awesome customer service from start to finish. I really love this company. I will definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs and recommending them to anyone I know who needs a service call.

  Called Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning to make an appointment, they said to call the company that installed as my unit was only 2years old. I did, but they said only parts were covered and I would have to pay for labor and them to come out. But since it was raining they could come that day. I called back and told them to come whenever they could. Mark came out same day and fix. Great people to work with. Honest and exceeded all my expectations.

  Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning fitted our furnace a couple years ago, so when we wanted to install a humidifier this year we selected them. They have a very good status, and have always done well in our house. Marcus was punctual, quite professional, and explained everything well. The installation looks good and works well. Cheers!
