  These women are rude and pushy! I know folks like to come in at the last minute, but that doesn't give them the right to be rude and try to rush people out. Period! I would caution management to hire some professional people down at the computer station and at the front desk and in the windows. If they can't at least smile and show some kind of courtesy, then THROW THE WHOLE STAFF AWAY! If not then you all will see some real drama.
