  We have been working with Mack Morris for many years now because they are excellent in what they do. They recently provided us with maintenance on our heating system that had issues as a result of a power outage. They also recently installed an Aprilaire steam humidifier on our air handler. As usual, in both instances the service was excellent right from the time I connected with Crystal and Ashley to the visits by the technicians: Scott, Justin, Carlos, and the others who have been to our home. I continue to be impressed with the quality of the Mack Morris staff we work with. Everyone is caring, personable, efficient, very competent, and a good communicator. It’s comforting to have such a reliable, customer-focused company helping us look after our heating and cooling.

  These guys just fixed my furnace today! I had Michael and sons out earlier in the week and they quoted me 1000 dollars for a motor I didn’t need that would be here eventually. Seeking a second opinion (and hopefully better news) I called Mack Morris and they had a guy out same day who could tell by VISUAL INSPECTION that my capacitor was damaged. He ran to the truck for the part and had our heat back on in 15 minutes. Unbelievably awesome, the level of expertise was incredible and this company saved my family almost 750 dollars. 5 stars will be using them again.

  We had a heat issue with our 5 year old American Standard dual fuel system. I called Mack Morris and within 1.5 hours, Cody arrived to make the repairs. Cody found and corrected the heat issue quickly but after some discussion about the operation of the dual fuel system, Cody investigated this new issue. Cody discovered an improperly wired system where both the heat pump and propane were running concurrently when temperatures dropped below 35°. This improperly wired system should never occur if the system were installed correctly. After about an hour of diagnosis and repair, our system is now running properly, We highly recommend Mack Morris Heating & Air Conditioning for their professionalism and customer service.
